At Big Bird Footwear, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a simple cancellation process, but only before the product is shipped.

- You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- To cancel, contact us at bigbird.footwear@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8076809181 as soon as possible with your order number.
- If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Exchange Policy.
💸 Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, no payment is taken in advance, so no refund will be needed.

- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.
- In case we cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded (if prepaid), and you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
