• All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise mentioned).
• We accept payments through secure online payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders/locations.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team at bigbird.footwear@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
• Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• We only accept returns/exchanges for unused products in original condition, within the allowed return window.
