At Big Bird Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair refund process as described below.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for returned products that are in unused, unworn, and original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within the return period mentioned in our Return Policy.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Methods
- Prepaid Orders (Online Payment via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.):
The refund amount will be processed directly to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. - Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds for COD orders will be issued in the form of a store coupon or discount code, equal to the value of the returned product. You can use this coupon code on your next purchase from our website.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Returned item is used, damaged, or not in original condition.
- Return request is initiated after the return window.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
